Contingency Plan Name: Kayley Prue Production: Teddy bear climbing into bed.

Potential problems and how to overcome these problems: Some potential problems could be that someone may damage the equipment and it may be hard to replace quickly. The way of overcoming this may be to make sure that there is back up equipment on standby to ensure that it is impossible to run out of equipment. Another problem may be that all of the characters and props could be damaged if it is being moved. A way to overcome this would be to be completely careful with the props once they have been moved.

Explanation of location and key points to note: This is a stop motion animation so will be produced in a dark room while there is a back drop on the screen. Health and Safety Issues to note: ●      I need to make sure that my equipment is not in the way and make sure that no harm can come other people around me.

Potential Filming Problems: ●      Some potential filming problems could be that the equipment may not work some time and I also have to make sure that all of the products used in the ident.

Additional Notes:  (map of area/weather forecast etc.) I need to make sure that I get all of my equipment in the same place at the same time and that it is ready to be used. I also need to make sure that when I’m editing I put the clips in the right order. I need to make sure that nothing goes wrong when taking the pictures and I need to make sure that no one gets in the way when I am taking the picture.

Proposal Prepared by Kayley Prue

The concept of my television ident will be based on teddy bears and begins by showing a child sleeping. It continues with the teddy bear then waking up to turn a torch on and it then begins to climb onto the bed. It then continues to climb onto the bed and eventually gets on; it joins the child in the bed to go to sleep. The music in my ident will be contingent towards the theme of my ident and it will be childish to appeal to the age group that I am trying to appeal to. I will create all of the props myself and there will be a backdrop of a dark screen. The torch will be a prop but it will also be something that will help the theme and the ident, as it will brighten up the screen so that it is easier to see what is going on. When filming I will try my hardest to keep the shot the same and change it very slowly to make sure that nothing get moved or changed to much.
